I had a specific look and feel in mind for my reception. Sosan took my inspo pics and delivered exactly what I wanted - rustic elegance with bistro lights, candlelight, and greenery. She has great taste, cares deeply, and will work with your budget. She’ll even save you money where she can - I wanted to try to DIY a few things, and she helped me figure out what was worth doing myself. Unfortunately, there were many mistakes that happened during our ceremony that created a lot of disappointments along with stress and anxiety on our wedding day. Susan appears to run a tight ship, very focused on the timeline, however on the day of our wedding BIG important elements were completely over looked. Our unity candle was not on stage during the ceremony, we were not told why or given any warning before our wedding ceremony began, so we had to make adjustments live during our ceremony. There were huge miscues between Susan and our DJ for the ceremony music. To be on stage while all this was happening (music not turning off, discovering the unity candle wasn't present), caused a lot of stress and anxiety about how the rest of wedding was going to go. Susan is aware of these disappointments (and more not mentioned in this review), and through email she took accountability of these actions and wrote she would issue us a partial refund. However, since that email we have yet to hear from her, or how she plans on giving us the refund. In response to this review on wedding wire she suggests she was waiting to hear from my husband and I to discuss more about what happened. That is a bold face LIE, there has been no issues in communication, I can only assume she can not afford to give us the refund she promised. I felt the need to clarify in another review. At this point we do not care about the refund but know if you do hire her, she does not honor her word, she will forget important elements of your wedding, and barely take accountability. I don’t know if she doesn’t think family would come to us and let us know what was happening behind the scenes, but because I have caught her in lies and that she bluntly lied to us about the refund, she is getting one star.

Worse company I have every dealt with. If I could have rated a zero I would have. Sosan brought 2 people as her team do deal with a wedding at a private venue of 100 guest. Neither person spoke. She was late to both the rehearsal and the wedding. She was rude to all of my vendors and my guests and the worse part is she ask for money from my guest. She was paid in full prior to my event and the fact that she ask my guest to compensate her was unprofessional and rude. Her line was that's not my job, "I'm the coordinator not the planner". She was bossy, and rude and I was more worried about the arguments and fights she was having with my vendors and my guest. My venue offer us the ability to come back to try to recreate moments for our pictures to make up for her bullcrap and she was not their coordinator. A bride should never know anything that is happening at the wedding and she should never have her day ruined by a coordinator. I had no choice but to shut my event down early, I lost money on items that was never step up and I was not able to do half of the stuff we had planned. Nothing was in place for us to do what we had planned. Her so called staffed had my vowed book and the rings. How did the ring bearers only have the rings in their hands and not the cases, and the vow books never make it to the alter. All we got from her is she did more than she was supposed to and it was not her job. I could go on and on about her and what was not done. However, I would suggests find someone else.
