If I could leave zero stars, I would. Don’t try scheduling an appointment online because that “system doesn’t work with ours.” So after showing up to my scheduled appointment, the doctor I scheduled with wasn’t even there. And there were no appointments with anyone for the rest of that day. Absurd. Take the appointment scheduling option off your website if you’re not going to use it.

My son hand was swollen to a scary level and started getting painful due what we assume some kind of bug bite. I googled for “Urgent Care” while visiting Old Town, we walked for almost a mile and when we got there they told us that we need an appointment, I tried to get an explanation to why they call themselves urgent care if they are unable and unwilling to provide the urgent care and causing people to waste time which could put a patient in even more harm! The receptionist was rude and she locked the door when we walked out. They should be reported to Google as this is not an Urgent Card facility and they are marked as one on Google map.

You shouldn’t be calling yourself URGENT CARE and marked as such on Google maps if you only accept appointments. Such practice is a disgrace to this profession and a cheap marketing techniques without a thought of the harm and discomfort that might cause people. They wouldn't even care or even at least ask what is wrong to determine if someone need immediate medical attention.

I wouldn’t call this an “urgent” care provider. I walked in with feeling light headed with heart palpitations, and a tingling left arm. I was told I had no appointment and couldn’t be seen for another 2 hours. Ended up in the ER with BP over 200. Luckily I didn’t have a stroke or heart attack.
