Kumon Math and Reading Center of ALEXANDRIA - FRANCONIA

My daughter joined Kumon for Reading when she turned 4 years old. When she started she only knew her letters and sounds. After attending for a year and few months she learned how to read by herself. I am so happy with her progress and the knowledge she acquire from Kumon. Currently she is in grade one and her reading level is way above the class. She reads level 4 books. Now I am registering her younger sister for the reading program . Alex was always there and helpful when ever we had questions. Thank you Alex and the team!

All my three children take lessons at this center. As a result their school grades in math and reading improved a lot. I highly recommend taking lessons at the center.

Mr Alex was very rude and intimidating and not at all professional, my son forgot his mask and I asked if he had a spare. Instead he said with a rude manner that he didnt have any and he stated that he uses his own mask for over two weeks which is very unhealthy. And I offered to donate a mask box if I had the chance and he sent a message via my son to ask where his masks are and I would appreciate it if he called me instead of involving my son in this matter. As a healthcare professional I became so uncomfortable with him wearing one disposable mask for 2 weeks. And I believe he was sending my children back levels to make us stay longer to gain more money, he does not care about the kids there and he is very unprofessional. I do not recommend this center but all the other staff are kind and helpful.

the workers were very nice i was very happy with them but mr. alex was quite intimidating and scared me a lot kumon didnt help me with anything at all but made me depressed
