They take entirely too long in this place. Im so irritated. I came here at 10am and its now 1:17pm and Im still here. The girl is really sweet but she is SUPER slow. I will never come back to this location ever again. Very disappointing!

I was apprehensive about using the "Tax Services" center in the mattress section of Sears but figured it was backed by Jackson Hewitt and assumed the employees would have the same CPA licenses as anywhere else. I arrived ten minutes early for my appointment but had to wait nearly 30 minutes before I was seen, which I wrote off, since taxes are complicated and may take longer than expected. However, the deal breaker was that the rep wouldn't or couldn't give me an estimate of the fees until after we had done all the work. I asked what would happen if we did all the work and then I found out the fees were too high and he said "Well, that is what it is." Very disappointed to have wasted nearly an hour of my time at a place that makes you agree to pay an amount before telling you the actual amount.
