Great place to watch sports, grab a few beers, a couple snacks, and enjoy a local bar and restaurant. Food is pretty solid, service isnt bad, friendly vibes all around.

Visited Lucky's for the first time to watch the Capitals game and I'm leaving 1 star because the beers are served in a significant size glass and at a great value but I have never experienced such horrible customer service. Desiree, the waitress in our section avoided our table the whole night. Not at one time did this waitress come over to greet us or bring us a menu. We had to get our own drinks from the bartenders and we noticed another pair of customers in our same section had to do the same. After an hour of attending to ourselves we finally decided to grab her attention as she was walking by after she was attending the table next to us (very frustrating). We asked her if she was the waitress in our section and requested menus and she acted immediately rude by doing the following: saying yes then making a rude face while talking to herself, ignored us as we continued to try to seek her attention and then she brought over 2 menus (we asked her name at this moment) then she stormed off. The waitress never returned again after that. As someone else who also works in customer service it was shocking how careless this person is to their job. Sorry but Desiree is not a good contribution to this establishment.
