I highly recommend working here. Staff are always supported. They really care and helped me even though I decided not to work in foster care anymore. Continue to do great work, ADORE! Shame on the haters.

100 percent would not recommend, its hilarious that youre not able to be accountable as a CEO of a company. The fact that you cant admit your shortcomings proves everyones points. And individuals do not need to reveal their identity, its obvious that they were past employees. You should take these negative comments and use it as a way to improve yourself as an owner. I highly doubt that all of the employees are happy, thats why the turn over rate is super high, you have to see that youre the common denominator. All you did was attack all of the negative comments and then had Nicole come on and write something positive (shes the best person at the agency). Ashley, youre just not a great leader and neither is your mom. Tina is phony, not trustworthy and unprofessional. Learn from your reviews and stop being defensive Ashley. Your agency has struck a chord with past worker, accept, improve and move on.

Adore Children and Family Services is by far one of the best agencies in VA. The CEO and staff are so patient with parents and helpful to the public. The public information sessions held are so insightful to prospective families. I look forward to completing the process. #ADORE 1

Worst agency I have ever worked for! They work you to the bone and treat employees like dogs. Ive read the reviews of past employees and its a shame that they cannot even take accountability. Ashley, youre company is horrible, its managed horribly and karma will come back to you and to Tina! And past staff obviously wont use their real names, I can 100 percent counter claim Vivians review, no lies were detected in her review. When you know better, youll do better!
