I was very disappointed in this establishment. The waiters were not nice and seemed to care very little about the food. Some members of our party received food 20 minutes earlier than others. The waiters did not stop by to check in on our food until it was already time for us to leave. The food was not any better than the service. The chicken tasted like it came out of a box. It was oily and rubbery. It was well under seasoned. The salad was better. At least it was fresh, but it did not come with a lot of chicken. The chips were the worst ones I have ever tried. They had the constisancy of cardboard and tasted like they had no salt. The French fries were oily, soggy, and again had no salt. The soda tasted like water and clearly needed to be changed. The bathrooms were neglected. At a minimum they were clean, but the light bulbs were burnt out and they seemed to be falling apart. Rather than being labeled Men and Woman the bathrooms had two cryptic pictures on the doors. It was clear the management had not been in there for quite sometime. The decorations and the atmosphere, excluding the staff, was acceptable. It was informal but fine for my purpose there.
