We used Kelly to sell our home last month and she was incredible. I have multiple friends who have used her to buy and sell and I'm so thankful I finally did, too! We are not first-time sellers but this was the first time selling in such a hot market. Kelly was there every step along the way--from recommendations about what to purge/store for showing to having her handyman come in immediately to fix the minor issues like paint touchups and powerwashing, all the negotiations, closing, and followups even after closing. Chris and Kelly are hands down my favorite realtors ever. We have worked with a lot of realtors in the NOVA/DC area and in this area and most of them are terrible! Unless you are buying/selling a million+ house you are usually working with an agent that is brand new or is volume focused and just doesnt give you the time you deserve! The Chris and Kelly team is phenomenal. Chris is a retired Special Forces COL and Kelly is a seasoned military spouse. My family hired their team to sell two houses for us in NOVA this spring. Most people think a listing agent doesnt do anything- this couldnt be further from the truth. They were so knowledgeable about the market, in advising me on smart upgrades to make to my house and on what would be a good return on my investment. Their marketing program is top notch. We were under contract on both houses within 3 days and 7 days. Then their real work began! Both houses entered into some pretty serious negotiations about repairs, closings, and lease backs. Kelly even watered our plants and grass on our vacant house! They gave expert advise but at the same time completely backed my decisions and fought for me every step of the way. We are SO happy with these amazing agents. We love this team and will absolutely use them forever!
