Terrible management of their Torpedo Factory office buildings. Little to no notice when performing construction work on the building. Said work has caused internet and power outages during the work week. When notices are posted, staff are so lazy they don't even bother using the correct dates on their flyers. One elevator has been out of service for over a year. On duty staff in the first floor office is unresponsive even after multiple calls, emails, and in person visit. Office windows leak water when it rains and have never been fixed. Last but not least, the AC system is awful and poorly managed, as it's freezing in the summer and boiling in the winter. No one is comfortable at any point during the year. Looking for office space? Look elsewhere as long as Realco is involved.
