    Raquel is fantastic! My husband and I moved from another state only days before having to travel and then start new jobs, so we had virtually no time to unpack and organize ourselves in our new space. At the last minute, we were able to hire Raquel and her team. Raquel was so accommodating, cheerful, and efficient, and in one day she turned our disaster of an apartment into a tidy and organized space instead of a mess of 50+ giant moving boxes that could not be navigated. She brought all the supplies needed and had plenty of great ideas for where to store things. She even broke down and removed all of the moving boxes as she was organizing, so that we were left completely unpacked, organized, and settled in our new home. We can’t recommend Raquel enough!

    If I could give 10 stars I would! Raquel and her staff are extremely professional, prompt, and communicate clearly. I have worked with Raquel over many years to help my family through several home transitions including moves, 2 renovations, establishing two home offices, kids moving out, kids moving in, blended family and 3 generations of stuff. Whether working with very ADHD husband to organize his office, very resistant teenager to organize her room or very overwhelmed me to cull through, pack up, unpack and set up 3 generations of stuff, Raquel is relaxed, fun, easy to be with and takes all the sting out of what can be a really daunting endeavor. She breaks everything down into manageable tasks and provides a framework for decision making about what to throw out, donate or keep. Then she hauls stuff away, donates it, provides receipts for tax purposes, and gets the remaining stuff put away in a way that makes sense and is easy to maintain. Not cheap, but certainly fair and competitive—-and absolutely worth every penny!!

    Raquel was extremely helpful with organizing the maintenance and overseeing the project details for my parents’s estate. Our family could not have executed the sale of our parents estate without all her help. She was always on call! Her company was very detail organized and efficient from clearing out the property to ensuring the contractors were efficient and professional. She did personal checks with the county and state to make sure that they were insured, licensed and bonded, which proved very valuable when the worst case scenario became an actuality. My parents estate was in Fort Washington, MD. She handled secure and very personal files with care, bringing to our attention files and significant personal mementos from our mother. She was personal and professional which is very rare to find in nowadays. I would definitely highly recommend her and her company if you ever yourself in need of estate or another other type of organizational services.
