NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS In November 2019, we had a service contract to repair our water pipe. We paid 50%. They said they need to contact DC water to schedule the closing of the pipe. 2019 has ended and yet nothing happened. The pandemic came still, nothing happened. We started contacting them again in August 2020 and they said that the person that was talking to us already left the company, hence, they can't do anything about it. I posted a bad review on google, they got angry. They said they will do the job if we remove the review. They owe us $2,500+++ anyways. Another year has ended yet nothing happened. So now, I am returning this review hoping that no one will ever use them. Service: Pipe repair
