These guys should be your first call for any plumbing issues. They were very professional in response time (the owner answered on the first call) and explained what was needed to repair my problem. Calling a plumber can be stressful, but these guys will treat you right. I recommend them.

Technician was three hours late and could not fix a basic faucet leak. He turned the faucet on and off, but had no idea how to prevent the water from running down the side (pretty sure this is plumbing 101). He took a few pictures and said he would have to come back a second time. The visit took less than 5 minutes, and the company wanted to charge $175 for an unknowledgeable, unprepared "plumber." For the second visit to fix the leak, he would have to charge another $175, of course. When we called to express our concerns to the company, the supervisor hung up on us. I guess their customer service is as good as their plumbing service.
