        I came with bad cervical injury pinched nerve c6 c7 t1. Severe pain. Used strengthening exercises, neck massage, heat and cold therapy, 3 times a week. After two months , I can move my neck, shoulders and live again. Thank you Dr. L, Ms. A, Dr. M!!
