Excellent Physical Therapists! Everyone is friendly and competent. The entire staff at every position deserves high praise!

I went to Valens for several weeks this fall for my frozen shoulder. Nicholas, my therapist, was great--as were all the staff. After a couple months of their help, I have no more shoulder pain, and my mobility is about 90% normal--still getting better.I found them very knowledgeable, professional and a huge help. I'm so glad I went here!

Valens was a huge help to me before and after hip-replacement surgery. Knowledgeable, skilled PTs and other professionals helped ease my hip/leg/back pain before I even knew I'd need a hip replacement and helped again with my recovery. I'm grateful to Monica in particular, who worked on and recommended strengthening exercises for muscles I didn't know I had! After the surgery, I came back to Valens for help with post-op exercises and once again Monica knew what to do.  Many thanks to the entire Valens TEAM for their help and a special shout-out to Charlie for his good humor and kindness.
