Good location right off of the beltway, close to Oldtown Alexandria. There is a metro station within walking distance but it is a bit of a walk. It would be great if they had a shuttle to take guests to the metro. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Every person I dealt with at the front desk was so nice and pleasant, they really made me feel welcome.

The rooms are outdated and very noisy since the hotel is right next to the highway. The staff is not friendly either, I was charged for breakfast even though it was already included in the room rate. When I pointed that out, the staff never apologized for the "mistake". I would not return nor recommend this hotel to anyone.

The best thing about this hotel is that it is located right off the highway. It is an easy place to access D.C. without having to stay in D.C. The hotel is about a 10-minute, half-mile walk from the Eisenhower Ave Metro station. Just note this walk is over a bridge, so it's not a flat half mile.
The parking is $10/day, which is significantly cheaper than at hotels in Arlington.
The major complaint I have about this hotel is that for a place that is around $200 a night, they don't provide complimentary bottled water in the rooms, there's no drinking water dispensers anywhere, and no complimentary coffee in the morning.
I've stayed at plenty of cheaper hotels that offer all these things. If you want to buy a bottle of Aquafina here, it costs $3.50+ at the little kiosk they have by the front desk. Also, the in-room coffee machine is cheap and pathetic.
Basically, for the price, this place should stop being cheap and at least offer guests complimentary water and coffee.

Very clean, very helpful staff, it is pricey (wish breakfast and parking was included)
