Lindsay Lexus will be my forever Lexus dealership. Excellent customer service across the board. No better place to purchase a vehicle. Big shoutouts to Derric, Frank, Anthony, Todd, Brian, Andy and Nazir for the stellar service and amazing workmanship. I placed a pre order for a car here and was told the car would be delivered within the next 3 months. So i call back to check the status of the vehicle and got told that i should expect the car in the next 6-7 months. When i asked to speak to the manager i got transferred to a sales manager name Lu(lou) im not sure how to spell it. However the sales manager went to look at my order and started explaining why the car would be delayed so when i asked him why was i misinformed he had no answer and i was told that he does not care about my money! I have previously worked and managed dealership but i have never in my experience heard a sales manager tell a customer he does not care about his business. The sales Manager was extremely rude towards the end of the call and did not want to resolve the issue and instead wanted to feed his ego by continuously neglecting to resolve the issue in any way! I dont often write reviews but i think people need to know what kind of people they will be dealing with when purchasing cars here. They will lie to your for their own gains without question!
