I can't speak highly enough of Jan and her team!! I recently purchased a condo and wanted to make it my own, but I have no talent for design and website photos and tips were no help. Thankfully, I found Jan who came to my rescue. There was something wrong with my living room. We never used it and when we had company, the space was always...cold and awkward. I needed a real professional to help me solve for it, and after doing the due diligence on Houzz, I called Bertin's. The process was easy. I sent photos, and they visited with creative genius and a tape measure. Now, the entire feel of the space has changed, and it's because of Jan's team who brought it all together.

It has been an absolute pleasure working with Jan and Ann! I wanted to brighten up several rooms and their recommendations and options given did not disappoint. Their creativity and imagination coupled with the ability to adjust to my taste exceeded my expectations. My home has been transformed with new colors to include shades, area rugs, furniture, and they helped pick out fabulous fabric to reupholster my dining chairs! We could not be happier with our new living room! Jan, Loren, and Alyssa beautifully blended our beloved paintings and an heirloom area rug with new sofas, chairs, coffee tables, lamps, and accessories to create a stunning space that we use and admire every day. We were impressed with Jan's creativity, professionalism, and, more importantly, her talent for tying our new space in with the rest of our open floor plan. Throughout the process (which began pre-Covid and ended during the pandemic), Jan and her team kept us updated on orders and deliveries, and helped us coordinate with vendors to refurbish our paintings and treat the upholstery. We look forward to working with Jan, Loren, and Alyssa on updating our dining room!
