        I called today to add a new car to the policy and the agent Erica kept ignoring my call I did 7 calls in total until I borrowed a phone and called she answered when she realized it was me she quickly changed her attitude and was very arrogant at the end the problem was resolved when she spoke to my mother but honestly people like her should be working in a place where u get a lot of calls
