Clean Air Inc

My initial interaction was very positive as the company was responsive. We agreed on what needs to be done, the price, and scheduled the appointment. When I reached out to confirm the service appointment the day before I learned that they have a delay and wont be able to make it - fine, it happens. We set up another date and time, I let the dispatcher know that I am really counting on them to make it as I was suppose to go out of town and stayed just so this can be done. They were kind enough to offer a discount for my inconvenience. Come Saturday, no one showed up, I texted them to make sure they are still coming...nothing. After that I texted and called them - no response. This ruined my experience with this company. They wasted my time and did not deliver, didn't have the decency to reach out and explain the situation and make it right. I wont be doing business with them in the future as they clearly do not care for their customers.

I called to have my system replaced, have the air ducts cleaned and some replaced. The estimate provided beat the competition so I hired them and I’m happy I did. They were very professional, walked me thru the whole process and was happy with the advice provided and services recommended. I will definitely hire them again for any HVAC work I need. I was referred to Clean Air Inc by my neighbor to fix my AC this summer. They came out and were very professional, explained everything that they were doing and ended up saving me money compared to the other companies I have used in the past. My AC is working perfectly since they came out and I now have a service agreement with them as well. I also had Clean Air Inc clean my air ducts and dryer vent and German explained the process and I chose the premium package and I am glad I did! Today I woke up to a house that was the 65 degrees that we set the thermostat to!!! For the first time in like 20 years my house has a functional ac unit and ducts that are actually attached! The amount of things that were wrong and needed to be fixed was crazy. At the end of the day standard parts couldn’t even be used because of how that room is set up, so German hand made parts that would work in my back yard. He spent from noon to midnight working in almost 100 degree weather so my baby wouldn’t have to sweat through another night. Plus he’s super friendly and even took the time to explain everything to me so I can feel confident keeping this running perfect.
