Ready 2 Serve lives up to its name. We had last-minute caregiving needs after a family members multiple hospitalizations. After each hospital discharge, Ready 2 Serve filled our scheduling needs for caregiving in a timely manner. Communication was superb and thorough. Ready 2 Serve works hard to find a good match between the client and the caregiver. If its not a good match, they welcome your input and will find a replacement. Our caregiving needs coincided with the recent snowstorms, and they even were able to find someone who was willing to drive in the snow to provide us the support we needed. We could not have been more happy with the services provided. Ready 2 Serve caregivers gave us peace of mind and helped our family member on the road to recovery.
