THESE ARE NOT REAL ACCOUNTS AND CREATED BY CAVALIER SPAMMED ACROSS RATING PLATFORMS No showed for appointments and did not get back to my parents after multiple pleas from. I am the emergency contact. For the first time in my fathers 18 year battle with cancer, I was not contacted. Literally every single other health care company and doctors office has called me IMMEDIATELY when they could not get ahold of either of my parents (both of whom are disabled, one of which literally cant speak on the phone and if anyone even attempted to do their job they would know that). Cavalier waited A WEEK. To call me. Their excuse for being no shows was that they couldnt get ahold of anyone. They have had my information this whole time my dad has been literally starving to death and unable to move. Thanks to cavaliers incompetence and dangerous neglect hes back in the hospital. Seriously. If I no show to a dog sitting appointment, its considered animal cruelty. Meanwhile cavalier pockets thousands upon thousands of dollars for doing nothing. Unbelievable

Take note that most of the reviews on yelp the poster only has one or two reviews these are absolutely paid reviews I am a verified Yelp user and a real person with a real experienceNo showed for appointments and did not get back to my parents after multiple pleas of help. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with this company, especially my physical therapist, Lauren.  She was so easy to work with. I hated to have our sessions end.

During the last several weeks Lindsey Carpenter has provided physical therapy for me, and she has been outstanding. She is very professional and knows how yo get the willing cooperation of her client. I have enjoyed working with Lindsey, and have benefited from her services.

We were faced with the option of staying in the hospital or going home - we opted to go home using Cavalier Healthcare and BioScrip. Our first contact with Shawna was great and Annie made the last two visits. What wonderful people and what caring service - if we ever need home are again we will definitely use the same team! God Bless these folks!
