I love this place. Has everything you need for a solid workout. I've been a member for about 6 months now and going strong. Nice staff and personal trainers here. It's right next to Safeway so grabbing a healthy pre or post workout snacks is very practical!

Conveniently located, has almost everything I want and need (90 fixed bench and 2 extra barbell CAPS (springs) please and thank you), always 80-90% empty which is great when you don't like waiting, staffed quite often by 2 staff members and 2 trainers. Plenty of TVs for those cardio folks. Great Bathrooms and a tanning bed. Solid Place.

Worst gym I've ever been to, I would not recommend it to anyone, My Suggestion Always ask for the TERMS OF CANCELLATION before you join because they will not tell you, Also Ask them about VIOLATIONS AND FINES Because they will not tell you, In addition you have the OPTION OF OPTTING OUT of a direct deposit payments and choosing CASH ONLY PAYMENTS because they will not tell you! If you MOVE 15 OR MORE MILES away from the gym where you got your membership it RELEASES YOU FROM YOUR CONTRACT with no early termination FINES OR FEES because they will not tell you!
We are not all perfect, I will admit while as a member of this gym I didn't always pay my bill on the 1st of this month, sometimes I paid on the 2nd or on 3rd. There were 2 times where violated gym rules by hold the door open and letting people in. What I thought was me being courtesy was a violation. When I was made me aware I gladly paid the fine..... Now however there was a time where the gym maid of mistake and lost track of my monthly payments and assumed I had not paid it and over charge my credit card to compensate for that missing month, I received my bank statement and saw that my gym bill was more then what it should be. The gym made no attempts to contact me of the charge which had taken place, until I contacted them. Their reason was that they had no record on file that I had made a payment for April, but they had a payment record for May. The owner's excuse was that maybe one her employee forgot to credit my account. I told her that mistakes happen and my extra fee was refunded back to me........
I signed a 2 year contract as part of my membership, I didn't mind the monthly fee of $30.00 a month then i moved 15 miles away and could no longer to the gym so i gave my membership key to my cousin rather then let the membership go to waste and I was still paying for it monthly. They later found out my cousin was using my membership and fined me $300.00 although I didn't know that it was a violation..... Although I was understanding when they a mistake they were not same when I made one.
