Franchesca has done my lashes for almost 2 years now and she does an amazing job every time! Shes insanely talented and professional, and I love my lashes every single time! 10/10 I highly recommend Au Fait Lash and Franchesca!

I was disappointed in my lash experience. My first install was fine and the lashes were beautiful. I received the hybrid extensions and my only critique was they were a little long. My second installment with Francesca went a little left. The fill appointment were not the hybrid I received the first time, the lashes were too heavy (too many) for the look I wanted and the next day the lashes started shedding excessively. I initially thought the shedding would stop because too many lashes were installed to begin with but after a week I decided to call the shop. It took all day for me to get a response. Once I did get a response I was told this sometimes happens between install. I told her that my lashes were not going to make it the next appointment, I needed an earlier appointment and was not willing to pay for a full set again. The basic response was that she was sorry, there were no current appointments available and she would let me if there was a cancellation. The response didn't feel professional and I didn't feel like a valued customer. I really wanted to like this place but I will not be recommending it to anyone in the future. It's now two weeks since my last lash appointment and I have no extensions left. I will now have to make the drive to Fairfax to Lash Jolie if I want lashes for the summer. I know I will get good service there.

I have been going to Olga for almost 3 years now! I knew she was the Real Deal from my initial visit. We discussed lash options, benefits, and care for the lashes. She is always consistent, professional, and makes laying on your back for hours as pleasant as can be. She is among the elite lash artists in the area and her booking definitely shows it. I have recommended Olga to friends and family. I promise you, if you have never tried lashes before, try it with Olga. Book your appointment even though her calendar is pretty booked. I PROMISE you she is worth the wait! 4/28/21 Its been about a year since my initial review and can I just say, if I could give Olga and Francesca 10 stars, I would. They both are always learning and educating themselves in new techniques and methods as the "beauty world" is always evolving. I also love how active they are on IG, as we all know, we are now in this IG society where people use IG as another form of google to research information. Not only do they post their work, but they also provide you with opportunities to learn all about the aspects of their services. I've learned so much from Olga about the processes of their services (lashes and eyebrows) to other topics such as allergies, cleaning, retention etc. Just know that if you choose Olga as your lash and brow artist, you will not be disappointed. Seriously, check out their IG and see for yourself!
