Truly horrible customer service. I was a three year customer because they were the only in-network dentist near my home. Every time I arrived, it was as if I was a new customer off the street. Receptionist was rude. Now I find out they're out of business, and they couldn't inform their long-time customers? How am I supposed to get my dental records?

Are you kidding me?? i was happy with some of the dental work, but never with customer service. The receptionist who calls herself an office manager in title only of course is the biggest problem with this business. and unfortunately she interfaces with every potential customer (receptionist). She has NO favorites! Treats EVERYONE like crap. When 26 reviews say the same thing, its obvious its true. what i don't get is WHY the dentist keeps her. but i'm sure she's probably carrying a troubled relative and like troubled relatives she's sucking the soul out of this business. I just can't figure WHY? I have to say since the dentist is NOT strong or smart enough to get rid of her problem receptionist/office manager and prefers to defend her and lose customers, then the dentist is feeding the problem and making it grow worse. The work is NOT the best, but its acceptable. But prepare yourself to be treated like a doormat when you first walk in. the be blunt, the receptionist is plain Evil. She doesn't even let you use your cell phone in lobby, afraid someone may record her behavior I'm sure. What a shame that the dentist doesnt know the importance of customer service and can't see the damage her business is undergoing.

Dr. Dickson was very professional and competent. I needed an extraction. The hygienist told me I would have to go to an oral surgeon. But Dr. Dickson, came in and said, I can do it, and did. No pain or discomfort. I plan to return.

They won't book six months in advance, they don't call you to make an appointment like they say they will, and then they charge you "office fees" to get your dental records so you can go to an office that does have normal booking practices.

HORRIBLE experience! Rude and totally disinterested staff in front. Told me I needed a crown on a tooth that was already crowned. When I told them it was already crowned, the tech insisted I was wrong until after several back and forths he admitted it and they just did a filling. The actual dentist was nice enough. Later they billed me for more than I was quoted but I just paid it to be done with them. NOT RECOMMENDED!
