They are now -- ANTI-FAMILY! The family use to go together her for our quarterly cleanings but they have STOPPED scheduling family members together. The receptionist, rather rude, said that all because we had kids does not mean life has to be easier. If we want everyone together we need to go to a different dentist. She gave me the record transfer paperwork. Shocking, I was in the office to make the appointments for the four of us and was told we had to come on different days. That the practice is no longer supporting family visits. So, if you have a family or support family life - stop going here!

They're constantly trying to upsell you. Make sure you know what's covered before you consent to any treatment or you'll get a nasty surprise in the mail.

The doctor and nurses are always nice. But the receptionist is always rude every time I go. I am under a treatment and have been going pretty frequently the last few months; and every single time; I wait to be seen longer than I want to and get an attitude from the receptionist. I cannot wait until Im done with my treatment so I can leave their office.
