        Today's experience that we had with this particular technician, Mr. Sharif, was a positive one. He was helpful and courteous. We had an issue at first, but he was able to successfully address it and answer our concerns effectively. Due to Mr. Sharif, we gave Michael and Son's 5 stars for his visit today. :) Service: Water tank repair
