Cope Exterior and Deck

Chris was very nice to do business with. He stayed in contact during bad weather and explained why they could not finish the job right away (due to rain) which is completely understandable. They stained our very rough looking deck for a reasonable price.

The Cope Exterior team knows exactly what they're doing. Last year, I had my deck pressure washed and stained. I assumed this would last two years; to my surprise, by this spring my deck was green again. (It's in the shade for most of the day and under a large tree.) This time, I called Cope Exterior; they fit me into the schedule within a week, cleaned my deck thoroughly and efficiently, recommended a different type of stain that will work better on my deck and hold up longer, and threw in a few extras without being asked. I get it - you get what you pay for. The price was an excellent value for the high-quality work they deliver. Thanks for doing a great job!

My grandmother left her home to me and it needed lots of cleaning up. Cope did a great job with the exterior of my grandmothers home. It's now close to up for sale. Thanks Cope!

Cope washed and stained both our fence and deck. The initial job seemed fine, but after the winter season we noticed that all of the patch-work they did to the deck -- using some kind of wood putty -- came out. Now, there are big white gaping holes in our deck. Not only is it unsafe, but it's ugly against the red stain of the rest of the deck. We have called several times to have them come back to fix what we can only believe is poor craftsmanship, but have received no response. If you expect good quality AND good customer service, I suggest trying elsewhere.

Let me start by saying the pressure wash Cope did on the house was very good, and the two guys doing the work were very respectful and willing to do the job right. The owner however was rude, hostile and very unprofessional to the point he threw a can of stain at me that went all over my home, called me F**kin B**ch almost ran over his own workers and left the job before it was completed, then threatened us that he was taking us to court if we didn’t pay. We have stain on our soffits and on some of the concrete portions of the house, and on all the window sills, I was told they covered the windows so I can’t expect this to be their fault. Well I didn’t have stain on the concrete or window sills before you sprayed the stain. It was not a good experience and rather than keep going I will let the pictures speak for them selves, but please do your self a favor and go with a diff company OK sorry one last thing, THEY NEVER GOT TO THE HOUSE TILL 1PM, THEN OWNER COMPLAINED THEY SPENT A HOLE DAY CLEANING UP, BUT HE HAD DROPPED THE GUYS OFF AT 130PM CAME BACK AT 530PM TO PICK THEM UP. NOT TO MENTION THEY HAD NOT FINISHED STAINING THE HOUSE AT THAT POINT, SO CLEAN UP !!! WHAT YOU HADNT FINISHED STAINING THE HOUSE!!!!!! WORST WORST WORST OWNER OF A COMPANY EVER.
