I scheduled an appointment with this company for Monday August 31 between 4-6 however no one showed. I called around 7 pm to make sure the tech was still coming. I was told that the owner was on an important chimney appt and would call back. Around 8pm, I received a call back from whom I was told was the manager telling me that he was sorry the tech didn’t show and he would be out personally on Wednesday morning to clean the chimney himself. Wednesday morning came and again no one showed. I called the office and was told, I had the wrong number. I called the number that the owner called me from and left a text message. I have yet to receive a response. I took off for several hours on both days and I couldn’t even receive the decency of a phone call. I waited over two weeks for the appointment and I am supposed to close on my house in less than five days I’ve called other companies and no one can come out to do the work by my deadline date. Do NOT rely on this business for your chimney needs. Odds are you will be disappointed.
