Understaffed so slow for drinks to come out Food didnt come on time. Sign says, sit down anywhere they really should change that because I think thats one of the reasons why it took so long for us to get seraved Manager didnt offer to discount with poor service OK

This place is getting worse by the minute. The food is consistently good as any other BWW but the service is extremely bad. I hope the owners are paying attention here. This place needs new management asap. Its improbable this place is making any money with this type of bad service that is consistently bad. I love BWW and sometimes (once every 3-4 months) I could deal with the bad service just to enjoy it. I believe this place has not enough employees to run the place. I really hope this place turns around soon. Looking forward for any competitors nearby. Good luck!

Visit this place on occasion, the beer is always a foam fest and flat. Why cant they get this right?? Service poor also, most are looking at their phones while customers are waiting to order.

Ordered a delivery for some wings and mozzarella sticks but never received the mozzarella sticks. Attempted to call the store three times with no answer to attempt to get my mozzarella sticks refunded.
