Glad to hear the Alexandria site is gone. In 2007 this firm installed a tiny bar sink in my expensive, exotic granite counter top new kitchen. Unbelievable that they did not catch and question it. Totally incompetent sales force. Ended up with a nasty surface mounted sink because they were afraid that the granite would crack if they had to return it to their shop for fabrication. Eyesore to this day! Bottom line, I should have purchased the raw materials from them and have the shop work done elsewhere when my kitchen was being built. I might add that even the kitchen cabinet designer at Kleppinger Design in Merrifield should have spotted the mistake with the bar sink.

We originally used this business for a wet-bar, which turned out great, but when we went back to upgrade the kitchen, the service fell off a cliff. 'Kirt' met with us initially and then turned unresponsive for days and then weeks on end. Even after contacting management to find out the issue, we were told there were many projects going on that were much bigger. My advice would be that if you plan to spend $40,000+, this is probably a great place, but if it is under that threshold, don't bother.

This place is a waste of time. I told them what I wanted, they told me to go pick my choices. I did and then they said I had to pick from scraps which is what I suggested first. Then I had to wait for "sales" to price it. I left and went to A&S Granite down the street and got what I wanted without waiting.
