I don’t usually write reviews for a service render unless I see an excellent customer service. The team at Katherine’s bridal boutique has been a big help to make my big day extra special. They welcomed me with an open arm and make sure I am satisfied with all my needs and requirement .
Katherine didn’t say no when I ask her to make me a dress in a short period of time . She gather her fabulous team and assure me that my wedding dress will be ready on time .
My dress came in on time , Quality of the dress is unquestionable and the details are as desired
Overall, she was able to make adjustments to the dress per my request.
I must say I am 100% satisfied customer.
Customer service is A+ and exceptional.

This was the first place I went to try on wedding gowns and everyone was beyond amazing! They took their time with me and didn't make me feel rushed! Mary helped me and she was absolutely amazing! I couldn't have asked for a better experience as a new bride! I fell in love with a dress but didn't end up buying it right away because my mom wanted me to think about it. By the end of the night we both decide it was the perfect gown and will be going back to purchase it on Tuesday because the boutique is closed on Sunday and Monday. I would recommend this place to everyone!!!

I had a wonderful experience at Katherine’s Bridal. I scheduled an appointment after visiting two other bridal boutiques feeling frustrated and overwhelmed because I couldn’t quite seem to find what I was looking for. I didn’t want to settle. When I got there, I was greeted with a smile. I tried on a few dresses and wasn’t surprised that I already liked a couple of them. Then I displayed a picture of a dress that I liked online and was told “I know just the dress for you!” When I looked at the dress, I thought “no way” because it had rhinestones and sequins which was something I thought I was against. I was encouraged to try it on anyway. When I tried on the dress, I fell in love it with it. It was almost like they knew me better than I knew myself. They made the alterations process painless and quick. I received MANY of compliments on the dress. I wish I could rewear it! I’m having it preserved by Katherine’s Bridal, as well.
This summer, I am a wedding as a bridesmaid. I was 5 months pregnant when I came in to get measured for this dress. Katherine was SO helpful and informative and gave me a wealth of knowledge and advice for me to choose a size that should fit my ever changing body.
I am a very happy custome and would recommend Katherine’s to anyone!
