Non Emergency Medical Transportation Services

They did NOT show as scheduled not could they be reached by phone. I had scheduled a pick up at a hospital after surgery. The recovery room nurse was to call them when I was ready to be picked up. Neither the local or national number worked. The message in both was they were busy with calls. The nurse called several times for an hour. I had to make other arrangements to get home. Find another company.

MTS did a great job and the price was quite reasonable. Both the scheduler and the driver were very courteous, polite, and professional. The driver arrived early to pick me up and to take me home but did not charge me waiting time. It was a relief to have reliable transportation to and from a medical procedure.

I am extremely disappointed with this company. They arrived two hours late. We were blessed that the church allowed us to stay in the church after the funeral to wait for two hours. If not, my aunt would have been sitting in the cold for two hours. The drivers were very nice however the people who manage the routes and book the contracts need to do a better job with time management. If your time is valuable I recommend taking your business elsewhere.
