        Overall the experience has been good. It would be nice if you would leave the TV remotes where the concierge can access them. It would also be nice if you would get the sports package so that the residents can watch the games together like we used to do.

        I am very pleased with the maintenance staff. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 has nothing to do with them. I have had a mouse that appears/disappears/re-appears since I moved in in March of this year. He is a very smart mouse because he continues to evade all traps that have been set for him by the pest control professionals. Oh, well. I think he is probably more scared of me than I am of him. A friend of mine says that I just need a "loaner" cat to take care of the situation...lol. Also, I am very pleased because I have just received a different stove. The one I had was not good. Thank you Renaldo and Alex for making it happen.

        We just moved into this great apartment complex & the Leasing Consultant, India St. Holder, has been very accommodating in attending to our move-in needs plus answering our endless questions from the day we toured the apartment complex to our move in. She's very professional, courteous, & patient in explaining policies. Moving is stressful and showed she cares in making the transition a positive experience. KUDOS to her!!
