Although I did not use their services because my circumstances changed, they were helpful where I needed them to be. Whatever questions I had aside from the medical information they were able to provide me with answers. They gave me a human feeling. Not many companies answer you anymore as a person, it is a lot of pre written AI information that makes you even more confused. They made me feel like I was important and that my questions/concerns were being taken seriously. I truly appreciate for the time they took to help me out. If I ever do need this type of service in the future I have all intentions of reaching back out. In a time where technology is our future, thank you bringing the human aspect back to it.

I served in Iraq 2x and didn’t complain much or go to sick call. I got out immediately after returning because I was under stop loss. 6 years after my claim denial my appeal was finally set with a judge. I contacted AME and was skeptical. Sent them all my paperwork and statements. The staff was amazing and responsive and well as the doctor. I won my appeal on every claim and have them to thank. Thank you to the team and the doctor. ITS FINALLY OVER!

American Medical Experts were very professional and helpful. I needed a Nexus Letter to prevent the VA from stripping a 50% rating for a disability, which would reduce my overall rating. I sent them about 100 pages of medical records, which an expert MD reviewed and wrote a true Nexus letter that tied together several of my non-service connected (IAW the VA) disabilities to my service-connected disabilities. This was way more than I expected. I am very, very happy.
