This has been the absolute worst insurance agent we've ever had. Shawn Roark has dropped the ball on our home owners insurance TWICE and conveniently isn't ever available when we call him or stop in. We are looking to move our cars, motorcycles, and home policies to a better company.

I would give them no stars if it would let me. I had Farm Bureau for 3 years. I never had any issues. I never had an accident or got a ticket. Yet, after 3 years of continuous service. Never missing a payment my insurance premium more than doubled!!! When I contacted Mike Mullins office No One there was helpful. They could not tell me why it had gone up so much or why I was NOT notified!! I had no trouble getting their Farm Bureau newsletter every month. I switched my insurance the next day, and still have not heard from the agent in charge of my policy Mike Mullins! And as of this writing have not received my refund for a month of insurance I paid for, but did not use!! Stay away from Farm Bureau!! They do bad business!!! And are not concerned about anything but how much money they can get from you!!

I am so thankful for all of the ways Shawn Roark takes care of all of our insurance needs. Shawn is caring, kind, and honest. He has never once tried to sell us anything we didnt really need.
He helps keep us up to date on anything new and anything that may be beneficial for our family. He has helped our older two set up life insurance policies, so they know they, and others, will be taken care of, in the event something should happen to them.
We are so blessed to be a part of the Farm Bureau family, and we are so blessed and grateful for our wonderful agent, Shawn Roark.

Everyone in there is super nice to deal with. Every time i have a problem or question it gets answered. Shawn Roark knows how to treat his customers!
