Green Mountain Plumbing has always been my plumber in Vt. They were recently bought by another company. They are responsive but their new billing system is a total rip-off. They billed me $244.00 each for a delta stem unit which costs $20.00 online. I asked why so much. They said they bill by task. So they built labor of over $200.00 each for 2 valves that took 45 minutes to install and billed an additional $125.00 for the visit. My bill is $612.38 for installing 2 each $20.00 valves that took less than 45 minutes I recommend you find another plumber if you do not want to be ripped off.
