Keene Medical Products (Williston)

They shipped wrong mask 2/28/23, they sent ups label, shipped back. Over past 12 months and so many calls to resupply, billing etc...they are adding late fees saying the "warehouse has no record". Keene medical has a record of UPS delivery but someone no one can figure out one item and actually call back after the 30+ phone calls we have made to them.

My Mom needed a wheelchair and we were having trouble for several days in a row getting through to the Central Service number. WE happened to be in the Williston area and stopped at your store to see if you could help us. We worked with Jessica. She was amazing, helpful, professional and her humor lightened our frustration. A couple of months later we needed her help again and she was wonderful.

I have copd emphesema and chronic bronchitis. I took my 81 yr old naigher to florida I had been working with Steve in Newport Vt store to obtain a continual flow concentrator and a pulse unit to walk around with. He gave me a cobcentator that had not been checked and had a dead battery. I had to rent one when I got there for $235. THen i could not go to the beach or pool because I had nothing to breathe with because he gave me 4 dead batteries that would not hold a charge or even work plugged in! I had to stay in the room for the whole vacation. They did not care about me dying! And is no exageration been on o2 20+ years with keene. Always he same problem obsolete equipment which I got He never even called back for it because he knew it was faulty. i had to call Lincare in Lyndonville Vt to have good equipment delivered before I got home. They are great! Even deliver like clockwork every Wedsday!
