Wine selection is outstanding, even for wines by the glass, food is locally sourced and flavorful, homemade pasta is the winner for me. Decor is spot on for a luxury country experience. Thank you for bringing this special place back to life.

A Five Star Dining Experience with a Country Feel! One of the finer dining experiences we have had in a very long time. We had the pleasure of having dinner last night and from cocktails to appetizers all the way through to an elegant dessert, our meal exceeded our expectations. We chose from a list of specialty cocktails to begin followed by perfectly prepared steak tartare and a new twist on mussels - both beautifully presented. The double pork chop and the salmon we had for our main courses were a study in balanced and delicate flavors. We both, laughingly ate every speck of food and sauce on our plates. We highly recommend the creme brulee! As self-proclaimed creme brulee snobs - this was definitely made with love. Texture of the custard was perfect! Attentive staff did not miss on anything, while allowing us the time to enjoy our dinner. Thanks Mia! We will definitely be dining here with friends and family in the future.

We haven’t stayed here but we were looking for places that were open to eat in the area we had an Airbnb and the restaurant here was open so we decided to check it out. We ate here last night & it was one of the best meals we have ever had! Service was impeccable. Food was incredible. We had no idea they had been open for only 2 weeks, we would have never known unless someone there hadn’t told us. Everything went to seamlessly. My husband had the NY Strip and said it was one of the best steaks he had eaten and I got a special which was goat cheese gnocchi. Insane. Also, their chocolate cake dessert was amazing!!!! Will definitely be coming back here next time we are in Vermont!
