Sterling Mountain Water System

Christian installed a new water softener at my home this winter. He was amazing. He took time to explain the process, walk me through the assessment and patiently answer all my questions. His work was impeccable, the plumbing is clean and organized, he took my old system out and left the place in perfect condition. The ew system is low maintenance and is working great. Christian was really great to work with - He took the time to make sure everything was working perfectly and showed me how to operate and maintain the whole house filtration system he installed. I love our new low maintenance UV light filter system (filter is only changed annually). Our water is testing great now and we couldn't be happier with the friendly service - I highly recommend Sterling Mountain Water for any water filtration needs. I plan on having a water softener installed next, to preserve the performance and life of our appliances.

Sterling Mountain Water Systems installed my water softener/sanitizer, and has been servicing it since 2002 when I built my house. The drilling company completed the water well and I was getting a good water flow rate so I was happy. Sadly that was short lived. Two days after the well was completed I noticed some brown stuff floating in the water. I had the water tested and the results were that not only was my water very hard (16gpg) , it also contained iron (the brown stuff) and manganese. I called Sterling Mountain Water Systems for help. Bill installed the water softener/sanitizer, Walter and Christian have been servicing it since 2002, and I haven't looked back. They are professional, courteous and responsive. Since their workmanship has always been clean and neat, for the past 16 years, I have had no second thoughts about them working in my house.

This rating applies only insofar as I am struggling to ascertain your email address . I can't imagine why this fundamental info is so elusive . How can anyone do business with you if they cannot find your contact info front and center , first thing, when googling ? Please provide website , too . I'm not picky , though , I'll settle for the human race and being able to send you a photo via email Why email ? Arghhh. Photo & convenient hours One should not have to worry about being available or online or near a phone or finding cell service during normal business hours in order to reconnect with a company with whom they do business Thank you, A client * The owner is very nice; this I recall having spoken with him; last time we failed to connect due to same issue : no website Or, I could not find any link or address online I gave up. Family owned business.................great caring people to work with! We have them come back every year to maintain our softener. They even fixed our smelly hot water problem that seemed to develop after we installed a new energy efficient hot water tank!
