This inter-generational, family owned business is great. I called several pool & tub companies that were closer to where I live before contacting Earl’s. Earl’s staff were prompt to schedule an assessment of our used Softtub, communicated routinely with us during the pursuit of replacement parts and then promptly made the repairs and gave us guidance on water treatment so we could begin using it. Highly recommended!

My parents have been trying to put a pool in since April. We called Earls Pool and Spa service to have them install the pool. We were reassured that it would be put in yesterday (June 7th). 5 people showed up to the house to install the pool at 8:36 when they said they would be there at 8. My dad (who is also a business man was working his day around them because their laser was broken they needed to borrow his. At 8:45 all the sudden they had to leave because one person didn’t feel well. Once again they reassured us it would be installed by Wednesday (June 9th). Today my mom is at work at gets a TEXTED MESSAGED. Saying he didn’t feel comfortable installing our pool. So instead of calling he send a text message. Usually if you’re running a business you don’t text someone telling them you can’t do that work.
