I called the day before Valentine's Day to have flowers delivered. Being last minute, I was going to be ok with a later delivery day so I was surprised when they said "No problem. We'll get those delivered today." They were also very accommodating (I had a special request - not a glass vase). I was ordering these on someone else's behalf and asked if it would be possible to get a picture of the bouquet sent to my phone. They said "Sure!". I soon had a picture as promised! Great business, friendly people and outstanding customer service!

She broke my arrangement for my grandmas funeral that day. I was already running late so she throws a zip tie on it saying it will be fine... I was beside myself at how aweful the arrangement itself looked. She said it would look beautiful.... everyone commented on how the flowers looked dead and it literally looked terrible.... then to make matters worse, the piece she had to hold it together let go and the arrangement fell on the floor and falling apart even more in the middle of our prayer!!!! They didn’t even make it 3 hours!!!!!!! I will be calling my CC company and demanding and disputing my money back this was the worst thing ever to have to deal with when you’re already grieving the loss of someone close to you. The last thing I should be upset and worrying about is flowers!!!!
