    This company is very professional and very friendly employees they have come two times and drained my septic and both times they were on time and very fairly priced I will definitely stick with this company in the future and I highly recommend this company.

    These guys were a pain to get to come out and even look, then they won't dig, so we dig, then they come back 3 hours later and can't find cap, so we find cap. Then 6pm, my whole day wasted, they can't do the inspection because a pipe is partly crushed. They don't know when they can get it replaced and can't give me a quote. Then they bill $586 for about 30 minutes worth of work. Lied on their billing about time. I'm sorry, an hour is an hour and it's not chewing tobacco hour and sitting in truck on phone hour. This company is useless.

    Terrible customer service. I had a technician out at a house I was looking at buying and he was unable to perform the work we needed done, due to the old cleanout cap being stripped. I do not understand why he didn't have a pipe wrench (which would have easily taken the cap off) but that's a different issue. Since this is not my property, Hartigan said they would call the owner of the house to see how they want to proceed. I was told I would receive a call with further details. I never received a call so called the next morning. Josh picked up the phone and would not tell me if they had called the owner or not, and kept saying "I understand what you need sir but I can not give you that information". There is no way he understood what I needed as he would not let me say one word without interrupting. He then hung up on me. I would not recommend Hartigan to anyone looking to get sewer scope work done.

    I've called them a few times because my high water alarm has gone off. If this has happened to you for the first time, you know it's a little concerning. The first time I called was a holiday and we left it as they were going to send a pump truck the next day. It didn't sit right with me because my system was pumped 3 months earlier so I called back later. The customer service rep was very understanding and spent time with me talking through scenarios and options for service. We ended up going with a service call first to check it out. This was the right call (literally) and it ended up being a pump issue. Pumping the system would have been a few hundred I didn't need to spend, so I appreciated her assistance with that matter. The techs that have come out have been very good, found the issue right away, and helped me understand what went wrong and what to look for moving forward. I've heard mixed things about hartigan after their acquisition, but the individuals I've worked with have been top notch in my two experiences so far. Service: Outdoor system repair
