Had a door initially installed by this team, then years later had a problem with the handle. Tech came out in January and resolved the issue quickly and easily, and was very professional.

I ordered a slider and a new window through my contractor. The door showed up without a lock set. So they sent out a technician (3 weeks later). And they installed a lock set that only locks from The outside. So they will send another technician (again in three weeks). This is crazy. I thought Pella was one of the high end door and window companies. Not true at all. I will absolutely go with Marvin or Anderson next time. This is poor quality. I would like a new door. Instead Ill have a door that was doctored to be good enough. Really, really disappointed. Service: Sliding glass door installation & replacement

What an experience this was. Great sales rep & install leader both worked to help me choose the right window and configuration. The window arrived on time and correct, and the install team was great. The interior trim is a work of art, no kidding, and the outside trim appears robust and really blends into the house well. 5 Starts isn't good enough, Thanks Pella South Burlington

I had the opportunity to work with Evan and his installation team over the summer for a recent remodel.
