Grif recently built a new entryway on our home. We have nothing but praise for Grifs communication, knowledge and talent as a builder. In the initial planning stages Grif helped us to see the potential opportunities, and ultimately we ended up with something significantly more sophisticated and beautiful than we could’ve imagined. We’re blown away by the finished product. Grif is a hard worker and also has the self awareness and connections to bring in expertise in other areas when needed. We 100% recommend him. Our only hesitation for posting this review is that we selfishly want his availability to do more projects here! Thanks for the great experience and end-result, Grif!

Braeside was the major contractor in the renovation of our barn in Shelburne VT. This was the sixth large scale construction my spouse and I have done, including building a 6,500 s ft home on vacant lot. Griffin Menzies is very talented in design. His choice of materials is excellent as it has added a distinctive look to our barn. Beyond aesthetics, Griffin's design and use of materials is very functional with safety and maintenance as important added features. Griffin is meticulous about cleaning up after each day's work. His choice of supporting workers gave us confidence that excellence in the execution of our project was his top priority. We are considering another construction project in the future. Working with Braeside Builders for our master bathroom renovation was a great experience from start to finish. Griffin was meticulous from the initial planning stage to the last finishes. He skillfully translated our vision into a bathroom we love. He has great ideas, is smart, very professional and delivers. It was a pleasure working with him and his equally professional sub contractors.

Griffin from Braeside builders has done extensive work for me and my family from renovating our home to turning our barn into a wonderful two story guest house. Every time I work with Griffen he is reliable, smart, cost effective, detailed oriented, super thoughtful, professional and overall just great at what he does!!
