The absolute worst healthcare I have ever received or witnessed. I am a health care provider with the large institution in town and specifically sought out care at Charlotte/Evergreen care hoping for more personalized care of a smaller practice. In my professional role I work as a healthcare advocate throughout the county. I have never experienced care this poor in my personal life or in my professional role. I encourage folks to seek care elsewhere.

Having Tina DAmato as my primary care physician has changed my life in the best way possible. She is a amazing diagnostician and is extremely intelligent. She diagnosed me with issues that other doctors scratched their heads at for years. Dr. DAmato takes ample time with me Im my visits and answers all of my questions. I feel that she really cares about my well-being on a deep level. She has made expert referrals as needed for specialists and coordinated well with them when partnering in my care. Her commitment to my health has improved my life, in both emotional and physical ways. I am so thankful to be one of her patients.
