        Keep up the good work! I’m not a mechanic and I have had some incidents with my vehicles that could have been used as an excuse to “require” expensive repairs, but I’ve never gotten the feeling that I was being taken across. I also have never felt that Urbon’s charges for their services are out of the park. When I find a business that is honest & trustworthy, I do my best not to punish them for their good deeds! Kudos to you Tony & Karen!

        I brought my car in for a quick check engine light diagnosis, which I have had done for free both at Citgo and Advanced Auto in Bennington, VT. I was charged $86.00 at Urbon Complete Car Care, and they could not tell me what the real problem was. They guessed it was the Knock Sensor, but repeatedly stressed they were unsure and told me I would need to take it to a Toyota dealer to actually see what the problem was. The explanation for the charge was, "We have to use our code reader and now the Toyota dealer will be able to see what to look at first." I am extremely disappointed in this experience and hope Urbon Complete Car Care can do something to remedy this situation.

        I am so glad staff and students at Bennington recommended Urban Complete Car Care to me. I've taken my older truck there twice and will be sure to again. Karen and Tony are really helpful and friendly and the pricing is good. It's such a refreshing change to to have work done by people you can trust!

      Urbon Transmission is a family-owned business that began in 1991. Previously located in North Hoosick, NY, the business moved to Bennington in 2013. We are happy to be back near our friends, customers and neighbors. We value small town living, and prefer to source locally. Parts are purchased locally when possible, and we use local subcontractors, like tow trucks, when necessary. We believe our success is closely tied to the success of the community. Urbon Transmission is a member of the Bennington Chamber of Commerce and both our business and family are well known in the area. We provide personal and friendly service, and you will always feel appreciated when you visit us. We know your satisfaction is the key to our success.
