I bought my car three weeks ago. I am pleased with my purchase. Love the warranty,the few issues where addressed quickly. The staff in st johnsbury are amazing ! They are friendly, helpful and listen to what you are saying. Will buy again and again.

I bought a 08 Saturn there for $9000 which is way over Kelly blue book value to start. A few months after I bought the car the electric power steering kept locking up. I brought it to the shop. They said they could not fix the issue and there was a recall. After a month of going back and forth with mountain auto I decided to turn the car in as it was unsafe to drive. I almost got into two major accidents due to the power steering locking up. They then posted the 08 saturn for auction on EBAY. They had it for auction for less than a week and bought the car back themselves for $327.50.They then put the car back on the lot without fixing the power steering at their St.Johnsbury location for $7000. I filed a complaint to the BBB. Once they were aware that I filed a complaint to the BBB, they moved the car to their Newport location! Long story short, DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!!!!
