We adopted our beautiful girl, Ruby, from Kingdom Animal Shelter in April 2021. Ruby is our little ray of sunshine and we could tell how loved and cared for she was at this shelter. Nancy and Julia were wonderful to work with and I would absolutely recommend adopting from KAS! Thank you!

This is the worst experience I have ever had. I gave my personal information and excellent references. I passed the references and "during the review of my application ", something happened and my application was declined. I wasn't given any reason, they insisted that they didn't have to. I have raised 3 Siberian Huskies from puppies to 12 and 13 years old, and had several cats that went over age 10. There is absolutely no reason for the decision. Unless you know them, DON'T USE THEM!!!!

Kingdom Animal Shelter was excellent to work with. The volunteers were super friendly and caring towards us and the animals they take in. They truly make sure that the cats looking for adoption find their “purrfect” match. Their communication throughout the process was timely and they made sure to answer any questions we had. Although we were hesitant about doing the interview over zoom (because of the pandemic), it actually worked out great. Nancy and the team made the process go smoothly. After the adoption was complete they were still available to answer questions. Nancy checked in once in a while to make sure Cali (now Ali) was transitioning well to her new home. She also gave us plenty of suggestions on how to make Ali comfortable during the transition. Nancy and the rest of the team were great to work with and we would definitely adopt from them again. Thank you to the wonderful volunteers at KAS!
