SCAM. I'd give this place no stars if I could. I applied to do floral design, received one book which I finished and sent back as directed, then waited for the next one which I never received. I made many attempts over several weeks to contact the business to resolve the issue and eventually to cancel but the phone was never answered. The website was always down. And since I couldn't get in touch with anyone to resolve or cancel, I now owe over $400 for literally nothing and it's affected my credit score. Word to the wise, don't set yourself up for failure. Apply to a REAL institute.

I paid 20 dollars down to start my course and i had it before The lady was very rude and wouldnt let me talk and she kept talking over me and i told her i havent received anything n the mail as far as bill wise and she kept saying that yes u have we sent the bill .. so much for bettering the education !! dont make No sense at all

For everyone on here stating you will report to BBB. A company can only be reported to BBB and lose their score if they are apart of the BBB. If they are not apart of the BBB it means nothing. If they are apart of the BBB and you report them all they do is get kicked off of the BBB. Please learn something people and stop squawking stupidity… “ Because the BBB has no government affiliation whatsoever, it cannot shut down a business or force it to do much of anything.”
