I would like to thank Frank Marshall for his kindness, sensitivity, and gentleness in the set-up and then pick-up of hospital bed and air mattress for my friend who was at end of life with hospice. It was a very easy communication and organization of delivery with Sean from the Rutland office. They called to confirm the order and delivery providing us with specific instructions on the function of the bed and air mattress so we can ensure comfort of our loved one. Terrible at returning calls and processing claims. They have no sense of urgency whatsoever. Supposed to hear from them a week ago regarding an oxygen delivery for someone in need. I am going to consult an attorney

They have an exceptionally dedicated staff that truly cares about its customers. They may be a little slow due to staffing shortage, as all businesses are at this time, but you'll receive quality service by people that are very caring.

I have been getting diabetic inserts and shoes from the Rutland store for over 10 years however this year has been , by far- the worst experience ever. my doctor fax appropriate paper work in November, when I called the Rutland office a very rude lady informed me they haven't received the fax. she gave me a # to have my doctor fax the notes to. so I had my doctor refax notes, I informed her if I didn't get this done before end of year would not be able to afford them. INSURANCE parodical. however the last 2 weeks of the year my 5 calls were screened by her, with no response until December 29th. with extremely rude and NON COPASHANENT rant from her I was told not going to happen. this person was THE most non caring and rude women I have ever had to deal with in my 63 years.
